We had a great time at this small but clean boutique hotel. The location was perfect, really central, just 5 min walk to the subway, made getting around easy for my family.

Despite these setbacks, I found the staff to be friendly and eager to assist.

Additionally, noise from the street seeped in, which disrupted my sleep. Staff friendliness varied, with some being helpful, while others seemed disinterested during check-in. I expected better from a property of this caliber, especially regarding soundproofing and customer service.

It was just a solid selection for a quick break in New York with excellent value for money. The room was a bit cramped, but we enjoyed the cozy vibe and found it easy to sleep despite the noise outside. Bring your own towels if you can. they didn't have enough when we needed them.
